This is get a little dark.
I felt like i need to draw something dark, just to balance. I don't know.

Basically, when Johnny takes his pills, i don't think Jimmy would agree with it.
So i think he would have to tie himself down to take the pills.
Probably making a struggle fight or something.
Toast had enough of this and called an ambulance.
The line (Heart monitor line) is there for the same reason the doctor there.

phew. That was ALOT of explaining.
