This image, is the scariest I have ever seen. Why? Because, I saw this at the foot of my bed as a child. It wasn't Banette, it couldn't have been. It didn't exist when I was a child. No, but it is this figure, right down to the eyes that pierced my soul. It made me call out to my father, in the darkness of my room I laid paralyzed with fear. Those red eyes and eldrich claws. This image reawakens a forgotten trauma I endured long ago. I have chills, as I write this even now. I saved the image. It's a symbol of my victory. I love the lore behind Banette. What is far more chilling than what I've written is how much I have in common with this creature. It's a beautiful type of dread. Even the title, "I've found you" is a cryptic, powerful message seemingly referencing my escape from the shadow.
