~~~Another speedpainting practice. Have a commission in this style to do, so figured I'd work on 'em some more before doing so. Love-love-love how this turned out. I found the right brushes finally, (a mix of glassthroughskin and adonihs,) which have really done the trick texture-wise, alhamduillah.
Constructive criticism is appreciated. Please be nice - this is my second speedpaint in, like, a year.

This one has a magical faint in it, you feel the urge just to step a paw inside, to feel the living environment with all your senses, the Picture is transfered into your head and you start wandering around, wondering what the secret behind those fog might me, what will wait for inside there. You almost forgot that it's just a Picture, in which you could get really lost.

You've done a wonderful job with this. One of your best backgrounds, I think. I'd like to see more of your characters on a background like this.
There's not a lot I would change about it. Maybe make the bushes more define/detailed, but it's really great just how it is.

Thanks a lot! And that's exactly what I'm planning - I want to refine these backgrounds a bit more and use them as the backgrounds for my full pieces, using the gradient-shading on the characters and blending it all together.
I'm trying to slowly build myself up to all the details/texture that I'd like - mainly just working on the general blocking in of general shapes and composition, feeling my way along.
