Very good! Though I'm curious about the colours palette. You painted him as a brunette, though he's described as having "raven dark" hair. Oh well, I know it's stupid to endlessly bitch about the Elven hair colours...
More interesting is that you dressed him in green. Pretty much everyone picture him in colors like red, dark blue, black and orange, so such calming green stands out. Was it a conscious choice, or did you just pick some colour in random?

Here its hair are more light, than it would be necessary, certainly. Simply it is a watercolor, and to use black color to me it would not be desirable.
The green... I think, in an everyday life eldars didn't limit themselves in a choice of colors of clothes. On a holiday, in solemn occasions, color played a role, but at home - hardly.
