Saturday is HELLBOY DAY--a day designated to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the creation of Mike Mignola's beloved Columbo/Thing amalgamation: HELLBOY! A demon from Hell who was destined to bring forth the End Times, Hellboy was summoned forth as an infant by the sorcerer Rasputin and Nazi occultists before he could learn the ways of Hell. Raised by Professor Trevor Bruttenholm as his own, Hellboy grew up to fight on the side of good versus all things evil. He likes cigars, kitty cats, Lobster Johnson, pancakes and a good trench coat.
