Description A while back I was practicing different angles/poses of bending-in-action, I really wanted to do something with bending-in-action, and I came up with the sketch of this. I thought it was so awesome that I knew I had to finish it eventually. I worked on it a little back then, and then I really sat down and finished it over this entire day.

The mountain was a bit hard to do, I wasn't sure how to draw it because I don't know how exactly to draw mountains but I tried my best to make it look.. mountain-y. I still love my Toph design.

Drawn by hand in pencil, lightly put some color on top with photoshop.

Edit: I'm happy this became popular fast, I knew it would as for coloring it.. I don't know, it would be very hard but I'll think about it.

Ah, I needed a little picture like this.
I've payed a little visit to Fanfiction.net, and for some reason Toph's almost always the one to be attacked/killed/even raped. And that while she is in fact the most unlikely person to go through that, as she could totally kick everyone's ass, as great works such as this one show.

Indeed! Besides, when fanfictions get bloody, I can think of 1001 ways for her to dispatch her foes. Impalement by earthspikes, sharp metalbending, a large pointy boulder to the head, the earth splitting open beneath their very feet...
If people get killed, she'd probably be the one doing it instead of the other way around, should she have to kill to defend herself. (because of course, she's tough but absolutely not heartless, and I think wouldn't kill unless she absolutely has to.)
