aaaah angst, I love you too much not to include you in my au's

so yeah, the basic idea I had for this scenario was that Eugene got hit by a Boggan arrow. He managed to pull it out with Rapunzel's help hence the somewhat bloody hands, but after that he was already too weak and the rot was already way into his system to do much of anything else than to just lie there; and thus Rapunzel's secret is revealed to him.

ever since I set up the basic structure of how this au should go, I figured a change in Punzie's clothing was in order, so I went with the green outfits from early concept art .

and allow me to say, his pained expression is definitely one of the best I ever drew ;v;
