I really like the soft and gentle colors on the girl, especially with the soft hair. It makes her look totally harmless, and then paired with the disaster-filled bg gives it a good contrast.
Though it may not be my place to say as the obviously lesser artist, I think her mouth looks a little odd. You can tell she's blowing a kiss, but it still seems a little unbalanced. Of course, I'm not sure how you could have done it different, but I felt I should point it out.
