Description
A Cloud ninja with the mastery of all weapons at his disposal. He's the Jinchuriki for the two-tailed Bijuu, Matatabi. He is also a master swordsman with the use of Mountain Cleaver. I haven't designed it yet but it's going to be a massive blade that requires constant chakra to weild it.
I started out with a base of Omoi. I changed his skin color and got rid of all his bandages. I used the right arm of Cee but just flipped it and put a kunai from Tobirama in his hand. I then used the eyes and mouth of Deidara and used the nose bandage from Kotetsu.
