Walking near her tribe, the Kurokons greeted her with shock. They bandaged their wounded leader with her cuts still bleeding. "You do realize that you should've let me get cleaned up first, right?" she chuckled. Her eyes were glowing red, her colors were mixed up. She was in a state where she wasn't her usual self.

The Kurokons looked at each other. "It's okay, I'm fine..." Halfprism said while petting one of them on the head. "Just got into a little fight, that's all. You can go back to whatever you're doing now, keep up the good work!" And with that, the Kurokons left her to go back to her hut, though still a bit concerned.

Walking to the front porch, she was greeted by a giggle. And when she looked inside, Kiki was there, sitting on the floor, playing with the wooden dolls that she lent her. The child's eye widened at the sight of the bloody Halfprism.

"Halfie," she called. "What happened?!"

"Nothing, nothing... Just experienced technical difficulties that's all!" she smiled warmly.

"Oh..." was the only thing that came out of Kiki's mouth. Halfprism noticed her sorrow and wiped her own face with a nearby cloth. Her eyes returned to its normal shade of light blue.

"Sorry if you saw me like this," she said, petting the girl. "I'm sure I can make it up to you somehow..."

Kiki turned her back from the Dark Hero. She pouted.

A sigh came out from Halfprism's lips. "How about we play princess once I get cleaned up?" Kiki's eye lit up. "And you can have those wooden dolls I lent you. I carved them myself!"

Halfprism walked out to give herself a bath. "And if you get hungry, the Kurokons are making Dream Meat sandwiches out at the back..."

"Okay!" said Kiki, holding her tummy and thinking of getting some sandwiches.
