hey!!made during drawing lesson. (:
this technique is all about the layering, and this style is all about being cute. ♥
A4 size paper, and colored with so many different types and colors of color pencils
was a lot of fun!!

And this picture is so cheerful! I could totaly imagine it as a children's book cover or something
I've tried to do something similar once, but I didn't get this kind of effect. Maybe I should have sharpened my pencils more? haha.

i don't celebrate christmas, but i do celebrate new year! we are waiting for the new year to come and it's weird. because i don't think any of us feel like it's a celebration; my sister is sick, my brother is going out, mom just doesn't feel it i think.. a friend of mine was suppose to come over, but she is depressed.. :// anyways, i'm sitting at the computer with dye on my hair and i have 10 more minutes to wait

I'm so sorry about your new year's eve. I hope that your sister and your friend feel better soon. And oh, well, it's not the best excuse, but "it could always be worse".
My holidays this year were quite different. My brothers and I are already in college, so it's getting harder and harder to unite the whole family. But we managed to travel to where my parents are living and celebrate christmas with them.
We spent the New Year's Eve with my father's relatives. It was a little weird because my uncle had an argument with my grandmother a while ago, and he and the rest of his family didn't show up there. I hope it wasn't anything so serious.
I also got to see my other grandfather, whom I haven't seen for 6 or 7 years. And stuff like that.
And no worries. I love long replies, mainly because I write them myself

and even if meeting with the whole family is harder now, it must be much more fun and exciting!~
