full view please!! I've been so slow and rusty lately, but after 500 years I finally drew my Volatikai!! I've had this character for years(since 2009) and I figured I should PROBABLY update her to be accurate with the species lol. they're a species that belongs to and this is for her group. also THANK YOU SHORTY for helping me out with those wings...lordy bee am I awful at membrane wings. anyway some tidbits:name: Pür
sex: female
age: young adult
height: 4'8"; very petite
she is a curious, shy individual who loves to explore, and she's intrigued by humans--she loves to make friends with them! but, she can be a little awkward. she is somewhat naive with personal space when she's excited over possibly making new friends, but she learns to calm down as she ages. she's mostly neutral with her own species, but she tries to avoid aggressive males, and will fight them with all her might if she's cornered. she eventually learns ways of self-defense, so despite her tiny stature she becomes pretty skilled at fighting. her diet is omnivorous, but she avoids meat outside of fish, wild birds, and chickens. I'll eventually write down her background once I have it more fleshed out! I'm sure I left out some info but atm I'm so dizzy from being exhausted so I need to go pass out so BYE

Oh really?? Actually, now that I think about it, neither have I! XD I've seen shorter ones, but they were still in the 5 foot something range. The height differences are very diverse like actual humans, so I'm surprised there aren't a few petite ones like my character, lol. Short/petite characters are the most fun to RP in my opinion!

Omg I love petite characters! I would love to design a cutie myself, but currently can't think of any designs for one.
I might make it female or male.... yet I'm not so sure yet. But I agree that there should be more diversity in sizes.
It adds more character to them in that way. ^^

Oh, wow. She IS very petite, looking so soft and gentle. I like her a lot, her colors/contrast.^^
And honestly it's really hard for me to like female Volatikai, for some unknown reason.
But Pür just really looks gorgeous the way she is. The markings are very neat too.
You did a wonderful job making her and I wish you a lot of fun.

Yep, I like that her markings are subtle and small in amount, it supports her kind look, like accents rather than vibrant and solid ones.
I dunno at all about markings for my two Volatikai just yet which I am planning to make once they are officially open. XD

I sadly have nothing really yet. At some point, months back, I started merely sketching a human-like frame, but as it was my first human at all, I'm not so sure about it.
I am really busy right now, started a job just a week ago but I hope to have time to update/edit that sketch and actually make it look Volatikai. Even if he doesn't have any markings yet.
And if I am already at it, I got to make a pose for my other boy I want. Maybe I'll have time this weekend to work on it. But if I finished the outlines, I'll definitely send you a pm.

I move to friend's house for a month and I don't trust it that her
dogs won't distroy my art supplies. I do have wacom but..... we
really aren't friends yet :'D
Well I get month to think her desing and more important is
