The colors look great and vibrant, and lighting and shadowing are pretty good (well, the hooves' lighting needs some finishing touches). I also like how you did the hair but for some reason I'm just not that impressed. Maybe it's the background, it's too simple or maybe the character proportions are off. I guess that is it. The head is too large and her neck is too long. It's good overall but you can do better.
