Name: Elbaite
Aliases: "Crazy lady", Tia, Elby.
Rank: Entertainer. She may have self deffense training.
Alignment: Loyal (mostly)
Gender: She/her.
Gem Type: Tourmaline.
Gem Location and Cut: Her gem is located a little higher than her ankle, with the form of a long baguette.
Height: 6'8
Weapon: Her weapon is: an umbrella, pretty useful when it comes to be a parachute, or a knife!

Personality:
She's mostly known to be mentally unstable and have an exagerated happy personality, she knows when and where to calm down luckily. She's reflexive about life at the oasis and the decisions of a gem, she actually is a pacifist, even if you don't think so. She doesn't like confrontations (since... you know!- that day). She makes theories about the oasis and rebellion, saying "the end is near" whenever she can. She has this happy behavior around the gems she trusts.
Abilities: She has the ability to change of body temperature, hair color, eyecolor and hairstyle everytime she changes emotions.
Red: anger
Orange: madness
Green: neutral
Blue: Sadness
Purple: Fear
Pink: Love or joy

Appearance: Her hair changes, but as i said, her normal hair is pink and curly. She wears a victorian short dress combined with a tuxedo.
Now, to cover her face, she wears an eye maskcombines with a goggle.

AND, her voice actress would be Julie Andrews.... Mary poppins' actress.

Funfacts: -She hates her ability of her hair changing of color. She'd rather show no emotion instead of showing everything she feels.
-She has a poly relationship with two gems around the oasis :3
-She has a teeth gap due to falling right to her face when she was doing her experiments back on homeworld.

Backstory: (oh boy, here we go with the big novel) Elbaite was a scientist for blue diamond, she was made a few thousands of years before pink diamond's shattering, when that happened and blue diamond got depressed, Elbaite wanted to cheer her up. She had an idea: "I-if different gems make a NEW type of gem, then a certain group of them would make a diamond!". She planned on collect lots of pink gems so she can forcedly fuse them, making the NEW pink diamond permanent. But she seemed too obvious and she could get trapped if she shattered higher gems, so she needed an innocent looking gem to do her job: a pearl. Elbaite was deared to blue diamond, so she blindly offered to choose a pearl for an "experiment", then Cream pearl enters in the story. When elbaite chose Cream, she was determined to do whatever it takes to please her, ocasionally driving her as mad as her owner.

As you can see, That sapphire was the one whose poofing was mysterious, and due to the suspecting on Pink turquoise, they decided to blame her and punish her for what she've done. White turquoise offered herself to suffer what Pink was supposed to, Cream pearl staying quiet as she was begging and crying over her, without any clue of guilt. At the end, Cream pearl brought the sapphire to her lovely onwer as she thanked her for her service. It wasn't too soon when Elbaite was found out about her plan. As she was exhiled, her pearl also talked and blamed phandom pearl to get involved too. So the five of them just got abandoned by their diamonds and each one took their way. But i guess, it was destiny what made them reunite again.

White turquoise and phandom pearl found out all the bad things elbaite did to them. They remembered when she made white pay pink turquoise's punishment, and when phandom pearl was stabbed and brainwashed by her. It was about time to make her pay her bad decisions, after all. Cream pearl saw them reunited in the gardens and invastigated only to find Elbaite half buried into the ground. She wanted to stop them somehow, but she was nothing compared to the fury of the other two gems, even they convinced her that Elbaite was the responsible of cream's own madness of love to her. It was the revenge time finally.

Elbaite was walking around the gardens acting like she was just hanging out, but she just really wanted to visit and see Phandom Pearl for some reason: Which was that... her nightmares didn't seem to cease no matter how much she tried to convince herself she did good on deserving her fate THAT night. While then... Phandon had a fight with Emerald because she told her the truth about Elbaite's scars. She couldn't believe her and just slapped her before leaving the pearl all alone. She was guarding the gardens but she couldn't focus because she was just still melancolic over the discussion. She was so distracted, Elbaite found her out crying, and worried she asked what happened. At first the pearl was hostile and flusttered but, finally gave in and told her. Both, agreeing and Elbaite hesitating at first, decided Tia would punish Phandom, and she'll heal her scratched gemstone and physical form. Petalite sadly spotted Elbaite hurting her and hid so she'll plan a way to protect Phandom from her. After a few punches and just a physical scratches, Elbaite stopped hitting her and said it was enough, althougt phandom wanted more. Before she could respond, an arrow impaled her and she got poofed inmediately.

After Elbaite was poofed and reformed she inmediately ran to cream's house/room and knocked the door. Tia was.. relieved, she somehow felt less sane... which made her feel a lot better (OwO), Cream was worried sick about her the week she was missing, and freaked out about her new outfit. Tia explained to her everything that happened, in two sentences: "Everything's back to normal... The crazy lady's back, Carl~" and before hearing that, tears filled out cream's eyes as she kiss tackled Tia, her corresponding to the kiss. They missed each other so much... that much, they thought there was anything that could separate them.

Unless, perhaps.... a betrayal?...
