Cool concept. I really like the giant hand and the colouring, but I think you could have done better in her hair. Try using one or two more colours in it and giving it more fluidity and lightness by using thin strokes given by a single movement of the hand. Something like what you did in "Portrait practice": hair is not a compact mass, but it's made of single strands.
I hope this is useful, it's difficult to explain this through writing .-.

if u picture a block with cylinders coming out that helps as a start. then you do some studies to figure out where the joints are relative to each other, etc.
