Hmmm, let's see...
The age of the inklings (to obtain their human form) is 14 years.
Meggy's first appearance was in 2017, which means that she could be 16 years old right now.
However, the inklings don't know anything about the Splatfests until they are 14 years old.
Meggy had a lot of experience at the Splatfest 2017, which means that she must have trained a lot.
That means that she was 14 years old in 2014 - 2015.
Now, the events of Splatoon 2 take place two years after the original. This means that Meggy could be 17 - 18 years old.
