Biography: Cerise de Levett, was born into a middle-class family, in the Angel Falls suburb, Greenville. Her parents, Michael and Lani de Levett, both worked for the AFPD. Her father remains a police psychologist, while her mother was an 11 year veteran of the force before killed in the line of duty.

Growing up, Cerise always had a natural love of reading and researching everything regarding the past. Spending her formative years in Angel Falls, there was always something exciting and enticing to uncover. The city itself had a nature for accumulating and collecting secrets and stories.

After graduating high-school, Cerise enrolled into Angel Falls University, and decided to go for a Masters in History, and spent the last three years pursuing her studies. She lives on campus in the women's dormitory,visiting her father on the weekends and holidays. Though she has spent the majority of her time prioritizing most of her free-time to her academic goals.

While she was at home during the Christmas break of 2015, she had discovered the restoration project of the Grand Library in the West End. She hadn't had the time to visit the place, until after she had resumed her schooling. So on a unseasonably warm February weekend, she made a trip of it and spent most of the day, browsing some of the rarer titles.

Little did she know, that her visit into the West-End was corresponding with the opening stages of a supernatural incursion into the city. The nature of the incident triggered something latent in Cerise's blood. Before she knew what was happening, she was being targeted by an unworldly abomination, that attacked her without provocation.

With help from an enigmatic stranger, she managed to escape, but was never going to be the same again, now aware of the nature of things manifesting around her. Now she braces for an uncertain future.
