Description Black/White Series

i'm getting fond of outlining with my 8b charcoal pencil :woot: it just gives my artworks a crisp, clear line that doesn't reflect light; especially when i take pictures of them with my digicam (i don't have a scanner. boo!)

it's Bloom of Winx club!!! now i'm not really a fan of winx...i did this for a little girl in my sister's art class...she asked me to draw bloom. and since i wasn't familiar with the series, i had to get references to do this pic. oh well...hope ya like it!

This is tons better than the actual style of the show. Really good job!

Is charcoal really nicer than the regular pencil? I wonder if I should start drawing with charcoal too; I have a pack of them unopened in my room.

really? thanx! that was sweet!

what kind of charcoal? coz if it's the soft kind, i'd advice against using it for outlining...it crumbles easily, and gets smudged. i recommend 8b or 7b.
