Description Hello everyone,

Presenting Lord Shiva and his Consort Shakthi, on dancing through the glist of moonlight. Their names that suggests the power of two become one > for there is no Shiva without Shakti and no Shakti without Shiva, the two are one - or the absolute state of being - consciousness and bliss.

Decided to keep the background pretty simple so that the subject of Gods here will stand out more. Its a very very long process ( a merely two months consist of sketching, layouts, composing, problem solving and all the +ings ) but Im happy with the way it turns out exactly how did Ive imagined in my mind on the first sctratch

Thank you for viewing.

And oh, taking this oppurtunity to wish all Indians a 'Chittirai Puthandhu Valthukal' (Happy Tamil New Year)

The awesome amount of detail and colour in this image of the Gods is simply amazing...I love the way you've captured the traditional style. Your floral patterns (especially on Shakthi's bottoms) is FANTASTO!!! Keep rockin!! Would love to see a Lord Ganesh one dancing away in this style! x

Thank you for such an intrigue comment... Yeah I took a real deal amount working on the patterns on Shakthi's clothing there. I have been planning to work on Lord Ganesha soon enough..just need some time to get my vector craze started.

I think it was a good decision to leave teh background simplistic so that the focus is on the gods. They're so different from each other in color but you positioned them like they were puzzle pieces. The detail on the two is very nice! I love it.

looking at this and reading about India, I'm amazed the impact your country's had on other's- Japan, China, Britain and many other European countries.
Oh, and I like this *alot*. :3 Makes me sound appreciative, but I always like the look of the gods of the Indian culture.
