I'm pretty much just reiterating what others have said before me, but I will say it anyway. Very well done, especially on those eyes. A majority of the emotion comes just from the eyes. Also, the hair is magnificently detailed, so good job on that!
I do have one complaint. (Please stop throwing things at me I just want to help!) I do believe that Sam's wrist looks a little off. I think it is due to how small and delicate it looks that it doesn't fit the size of the hand. However, I am unsure if that is the case.
That being said I do love it and am putting it in my favorites!

I too have created an account just so I can praise you for this amazing work of art. I stumbled up on it after I finished the game and was craving Lara x Sam art, fan fiction, etc. I have to be honest... this is one of the best works of fan art I've ever seen. It captures so much emotion and it inspired me to start writing a Sam/Lara story on fanfiction.net. When I post my story, I would love to give you a shout out. Would that be okay?
