This is the colored version of [link]Finally, done nicely... I think...
Well, this is the first time I made the lineart digitally... The background was traced from the anime OP since I'm not good at making background...Puella Magi Madoka Magica © Aniplex/SHAFT

first time using digital means? Did you do the lineart using vector? (If so, then yay for non-tablet users!) XD
Not much I can comment on this one, but in short, you did a great job
The color choices are great, not too soft, yet not too vivid either, so it has a good resemblance to the anime. The colors also blended nicely with the BG, which is a hard thing to do (at least for me) ^^
And.. a little tip: it would be nice if your future drawings are made in wallpaper resolutions XD

No, I usually do the lineart manually by using drawing pen senpai... *if I knew the function of pen tool sooner, I would prefer to use the digital method to the manual one...*
For the color, I just used 'variation' in photoshop, since I'm still new with PS and SAI...

Oh, so the lineart is purely from the scanned picture? looks good 
By using those tools, we could repair the flaws from our images, but of course the drawback is it'll lake longer to finish since we worked twice XD
Oh, variation? somekind of more red, more blue, lighter, or darker, right? I used that too for color correction
For linearting and coloring, I think it's better to use SAI (it's easier), when you want to go for BG and effects, resort to Photoshop 
If you see my gallery (the colored pics), that's what I got by combining both programs XD
