Some sketches for my illustration class for a homework project I'm working on. I liked how they turned out and decided to post them here instead of my art tumblr (which I had originally intended).

The top one is in watercolor. The others are simple pencil sketches.

btw, this is a real animal. Check it out . It's called a Mouse Deer, or Chevrotain. The smallest species of mouse deer are also the smallest ungulates in the world (ungulates are two-toed animals, like deer and goats). The one I've drawn here is the lesser-mouse deer, which is native to Malaysia. They're fucking cute. I saw some while I was there. sdkfghsfjdghdfg.
