Overall, Kagerou is quite sweet, and quite talkative. However, she can go off subject a lot, and because of that, not a lot of people want to talk to her. Kagerou, however, is quite oblivious, and needs a friend to be with her -for example, not to get hit by car-.

She is quite strict, and so she doesn't have many friends. Also, her punishments can be a bit harsh, and so no one messes up around her. Poor Kagerou has almost no friends.

She is also really caring, and will always be there to help friends.
