The use of black and white here really adds a stunning quality of contrast to the image. You have executed an excellent use of shallow depth of field, beautifully blurring the background and allowing that one flower to standout among the others. The subject is off-center, which is great. The lighting is spot on and doesn't overexpose the white petals, but keeps them beautifully lit. The technique is superb and the overall image is simplistic and elegant. I don't really think there is anything I would suggest you change. Certainly I don't see where anything has to be, though part of me would be curious to see this image with a little of the bottom cropped off. Overall, I think you've done a fantastic job!
