do you re-sharpen your pictures after resizing? This one could need a bit more sharpness around the eyes I suggest.

The eyes are totatlly amazing in this. You might say it is "boring" but I would say its a nice calm picture. Calm in the sense of nothing is flying out at you but yet it just seems to be perfect.
