Beautiful tattoo that's for sure... Just out of place... As a person in the medical field I love the realism minus the placement. It is more than two inches higher. But when it comes down to it it's what the client wants and the execution and artwork is beautiful.

Nice job on this, but for what it's worth, the sacrum is much too high upon your lower back to match the the correct location beneath the skin / musculature.

this work was about six or seven hundred when all was said and done. That is relatively cheap though, as my artist charged by the hour and he worked extremely fast. When I was going around to different studios for estimates I was getting prices between $700 and $1,400.

Definitely the back of the neck and back of the head. That was awful, especially since he worked bottom to top. The rest wasn't so terrible. But having the back of your neck and head pounded by a tattoo machine after four hours is not an awesome feeling.

well, it's there permanently. It is a bit high up. only about two inches higher than is accurate, but I still think it looks great. four hours of awesome. By the way, did you call me yesterday? I was told to call justin back, but I didnt know which justin.
