Just some general chaos.
I had a doodle of shockwave I did like...a year ago. I hadn't done anything with it so I just started coloring it and then I got a neat idea on a way to shade it to make it look cool. And it just went on from there.
I'm kind of in love with textures and rough, grunge looking picktures so I did a bit of that as well.

Shockwave looks fantastic, I think you really captured him here! Love the background and the darker feel to the pic. The brighter colours of the explosions and Shockwave look great against the dark background

Very cool! This reminds me a lot of your Megatron piece, and it's just as eye-catching. The explosion effects and the grunge textures combined with the simple way you did Shockwave look really retro.

Shockwave's grunge look is logical.
Seriously, though, when'd Shockwave get so awesome? Perhaps when you got your hands on him. I love the explodey starbursts and textures. Very chaotic
