this is just a simple easy steps to follow:

1. draw a simple circle along with the guidelines as a base(use a very light colour to do this base)
2. use dark colours to add the details like forming a shape of a head and the neck
3. draw the eye lines
4. add the details of the face(including the eyes)
5. add the hair and put a bit of details(depends on the hair you wanna draw)
6. for finishing touch, use black colour or any other dark colours to touch up the sketches to make it look clean

and there you have it
simple, right?

but don't worry just keep on practice, that way you'll become a successful artist like any other guys in DA
