to be fair, in melromarc the system is biased in favour of women (that's the main reason Myne was able to easily frame up Naofumi)
I wouldn't be surprised that Naofmi barely cared about it (at least until Motoyasu unlocks his curse series), BUT Raphtalia, the queen, and Melty would be the ones more focused into turning naofumi back into male (due to wanting children/grandchildren)
