Character is Lightstar (Light gray tabby tom with blue and red eyes) from

He's a RiverClan cat, so yes. Fishing! I know I screwed up on the fish... Just pretend it's some weird flying fish-salmon hybrid.
A little bit of explanation for his closed eye: He has heterochromia; his right eye is blue, while his left is red (which is closed here). It's not damaged like most cats believe; he just doesn't like it. So, he keeps his left eye closed, and only shows it to his closest friends.
I really hope the markings are okay. I tried following them as closely as possible.

That background was way too much fun to draw. Especially the water.
