I'm just going to leave this here until I make a proper cs if ever +_+; I'll probably have to rewrite his profile too LOL;
I am so creative, all my OCs look the same. I may edit his design or profile later if I have time.

     ≫ other people (unless they feed him) and especially those who are bigger than him

✦ Personality
Caelum likes to get his way otherwise he'll brood for the day. He also doesn't get along with very many people. He usually looks down on them and makes fun of their weaknesses, etc. Because of this, Caelum does not have very many friends. He is usually seen playing by himself and hopping on low clouds. He won't fall out of the sky very often since he usually catches light winds and is able to float back up onto the clouds. He'll have mini panic attacks afterwards, but will get back to hopping. He acts tough but doesn't have anything to back it up half the time. From time to time he'll start wailing if he falls out of a tree.

Since he's a loner, a lot of times while he's playing he will catch info/gossip/etc if it piques his interest. In general, he will only store and process information he likes rather than what is useful.

In short, he is a self centered little baby brat.

✦ Additional Info
     ≫ Caelum attracts an unusual amount of static. If people touch his sash or him (or he touches them), they may get shocked. This usually gives him a good laugh.
     ≫ The tips of his sash are made of clouds.
     ≫ He will respond to "Cael."
     ≫ He is like a rainbow chicken. From time to time, his wings will be tinted yellow, the next day green, blue, etc.
