Omg I had to upload this three times coz the first one is JPEG and I don't likey JPEG its blurry and the other one is I forgot to put my siginture.. Oh and I forgot the arm band xD
Yay first orginal picture EVVAAA (reference doesn't count) The background is weird coz I wanted it to be simple so you can focus on the picture. Anyway I hope people will get what the picture means and hljafhakdfhsdlkfhsdlkg

Ah shes really cute xDD but... ah dont hate me cuz you asked for feedback >.<;;
ummm.... The hair looks very poofy and at the top of her head its a little... ah too big? compared to the rest of her head. which brings me to the anatomy of the rest of her body... the size of her waist is the size of her arm and it looks anorexic? To fix this (cuz i've seen it in quiet a few of your drawings) you should make the shoulders wider to give more space for the body.
Line art now... Ah to put it flatly it looks chunky. Maybe you're drawing with a mouse or maybe the program just does it... but it really ruins parts of the picture (mainly the shiny part of the hair/cheeks)... (the heart is really cute thooo <33) other then this i think its mainly just the program you use >.<;
Color now... Shading is pretty plain and you could do a bit more... ah like in contrast to her skin her hair kindda sucks sorry Q AQ. Umm i'm not really sure about how to color hair better (cuz i suck at that too so i shouldnt have said anything about that >.<; ) Ah well the color in the lighter half of the pic are really good but the darker sid you could have chosen better colors 
Over all comments no i guess... Ah the hair... at the top its so poofy and at the bottom there is almost none ; ; (ah i guess thats what layers do to your hair xDD -is shot-) ah you missed adding light to one of the sparkles... You still have the heart light thingy on the dark side... (kindda not umm... yeah) The clothing wrinkles are awkward.... Ah i really liked how you put a layer of black on the dark side and the colors you chose, for the most part, worked really well ....

I understand you with the hair but it is kinda my style.. But I will keep aware not to make it tooo poofy so then she won't look like she has a big head xD I will make my people more fatter now~ I didn't quite notice that I made them skinner and skinner

Yeah style is a problem with me too ; ; Like my friend keeps telling me my eyes are placed too low but i cant see what she means xDD -is shot- The fatter the better i guess? But not too fat that they look ummm fat. Like double the size you do now should be good. What program do you use for line art? I could give you better advice if i knew this.... Ah well i thought the skin was the best colored.... I think that you should use a few more layers of shade not only in the hair but in the whole pic... ummm you could also .. ah... like in the bangs you had the shadow not only at the bottom but in other places too... you could try to do more of that in the longer part of the hair. Ah i guess i'm saying add more shadow? As for wrinkles it always depends on the type of fabric and stuff... ah you should add a few more wrinkles and make them a bit flowy in this pic... (this is my assuming the fabric is light).

Yeahh!! xD At times I just don't see what people see or maybe they don't see what I see? Lol either one. Oh okaii thanks I will keep them in mind :3 I use Paint Tool Sai. I use a tablet so yeah I am gonna experiment drawing the lines myself or using line or just sticking with lineart. Thank you so much for the critism! It really helps me alot
Btw I am just saying but you should choose your words carefully when critisizing~ No no I didn't get offended xD It is just that some people are sensitive about their art
