Just a funny pic idea. The joke is Hadoken (the green samurai/ninja guy down there) has a history of being an avid Street Fighter fan, and why he was so agreeable to the name "Hadoken" (Yes, that's NOT his real name.)
In RPs, he kinda fell in love with Michigo (One of somewhat neglected characters.)
So if you're not catching why the cosplay is appealing to him so much... well... I can't help you then.
