COMMISSION for *Sabie-Chan 's icon family, for and their OC

now that all the timing and base is done, this one went SO much faster xDD all i had to do was pixel the chara and change star colour and name and the timing of blink and VOILA! >:3

but this one's hair was a killer... it took up 8/10 of the time spent making this... the colour kept blending with the other colours and the strands that stick out and etc. ... otherwise a very cute chara ^^ and sorry i couldnt use the proper uniform... Dx to much detail (and also sorry if i butchered your chara >.< ask for changes if you would like me to change anything~ :3)
