Dele
Dele was the youngest sibling. He was a runt, drastically smaller than his siblings, skinnier and beady-eyed, not the pinnacle of beauty by any means. He made up for his small size with an attitude that was both aggressive and hateful.

When his eldest sister announced her plans for the ocean, Dele did not simply protest, he threw a disgusting tantrum. He screamed and cried and thrashed around but his siblings left him alone or ignored all his attempts at boycotting Orcale's plan. His temper became so intense that he lost control of himself and threw himself at one of his siblings. His teeth were so long and sharp that they were able to piece his sibling's vital organs with one bite, instantly killing them.
The blood of his sibling swept far and wide across the ocean, revealing his actions to his entire family. His temper subsided, Dele now felt an intense pain of guilt and was ashamed for his actions. The blood that had drained from his sibling's body caused the ocean to seem salty and burned Dele's lungs when he breathed. His first instinct was to leave the ocean, so he did. He never said goodbye or announced this to any of his siblings, but they knew they would never see him again.
Before Dele left the ocean for the last time, he remembered a story he was once told and felt solace in covering his entire body in sand, hiding his brilliantly coloured scales in the hope of starting a new life under a new identity.

Dele eventually found a great body of fresh water which he then called home. He called himself by a new name and used a display of his teeth to threaten any who tried to get too close to him, as both a warning and a reminder of what Dele was capable of.
