Like Wario is to Mario, Waluigi is to Luigi. (I wonder why?) Couldn't be the names and the creaters thinking that Luigi needed a rival to.(Which he does not being a side character and having little story purpose.)

Cool little fact but.... they still suck! If I ever was to ever meet them I would personal do everything I could to but the crap out of them. And then call together a bunch of friends and have them join in the fun.
