Aight, let's get to how you conveyed it. They're completely in character here-- Chouji's sweet and dependable personality is exactly what Ino needs. I can totally picture him doing this in the manga. And how he'd go as far as to give her the moon. . . adorable, romantic, and completely Chouji-ish.
Now, the coloring. It's superb, the way you blended the pinks, blues, and lavenders together to create a dawn--I think it's early dawn, anyhow--sky. And their pose? Please, the perfect fantasy scene.
