I created yet another Encanto OC for an upcoming re-write fanfic. This is Illuminada Quintero. She is a young girl who is a friend of the Madrigals and is incredibly close to Luisa. She lives on a small farm not too far from the Castia, and yes, she keeps donkeys. Illuminada is my first LGBTQ character and she has a crush on Luisa. In the end, they probably get together, since I feel like Luisa really needs somebody. She has two outfits in the movie as seen here. Her farm dress (left) and her celebration dress (right).

Backstory: Illuminada is a down-to-Earth girl who lives on a small farm with her father in Encanto, Columbia. She is also friends with the Madrigals, and has a bit of a crush on Luisa. But she finds it hard to confess her feelings since her father is against her wishes and wants her to inherit the farm after him. However, he's fine with her support for the Madrigals since everyone in town relies on them. But one day when the magical Casita starts to crack, Illuminada decides to team up with Mirabel and Vanesa without her father knowing (since they had a huge argument after Antonio's ceremony). Can Illuminada save the Miracle and make up with her father? And can she ignore the "no gay/lesbian" rules and confess her feelings to Luisa? It's up to her to push past her worries and finally become herself.
