This AU is about a timeline where Gaster, still alive, created a virus that spread through the underground, affecting most non ghost, dummy, or robot monsters. Alphys is safe in her lab with Gaster and Undyne, Undyne was slightly affected but is slowly being cured. Alphys will give the human an antidote to use on the monsters. monsters you have spared will gladly let you use the antidote on them, while others you must fight to do so.
Flowey is also unaffected, as he has no soul. So he plants up a more menacing version of himself to hide behind, to scare away bigger monsters. He uses it like a dummy.
