Its been an obscenely long time since I've submitted anything....college has taken over my life!!This is my submission to the artbook some of us first year illustration students are publishing at my college
The theme is 'Making History' but somehow I was inspired to draw Savonarola destroying history? All those lost treasures...what a tragedy. It looks better than I pictured when you describing it to me HOW DO TEACH ME. (I like the variety of amphora, btw, although technically they were primarily used prior to ~1000 CE, BUT THIS IS THE RENAISSANCE. BRINGING ALL THAT OLD STUFF BACK. It's the first example of "retro" that I can really get behind.)
Also also I'm replaying ACII and this couldn't have come at a more opportune moment.

ugh I knew there would be something. I spent like 5 hours researching Dominican outfits, the architecture, Savonarola's policies, and all kinds of stuff but I knew that there would be something I didnt get legit XD
