I think I see what you're trying to accomplish here, but bottom line, the background is too cluttered and over-lit, and the lighting and makeup of your model is unflattering.

You've obviously put a lot of time and effort into this shot, and it just misses by inches.

Less is more, for the background, IMO. Highlight your model [more softly] and leave a bit to the imagination as far as the bike in the background.

All of that is just stage dressing. What is really important is for you to get your model to reveal something about herself that she doesn't want to, a moment of doubt, surprise, shyness, something which lets us know she's real. Your model here is completely masked, emotionally. You've got to get her off balance, or so completely relaxed that she's a real girl.

I mean these words kindly.
