Description ok. so decided to recast all major marvel movie characters, excluding a few. including the perfectly casted hugh jackman and robert downey jr as wolverine and iron man. i don't think my choices are better then the current actors (some are irreplaceable honestly) these are just my choices if the casting had went different.
lets give some explanations on the cast

joeseph gordon levitt as daredevil: i think the attitude and tone that levitt gives alot of his characters would fit dare devil perfectly. plus i think he'd look great as matt murdock. theres not much redesign for his costume. theres just no DD logo on the costume.

roselyn sanchez as Elektra: the resemblance is almost exact with this one, im not 100% sure of her acting skills due to her mainly starring in comedies, but i feel she can make a good preformance out of elektra, she's not too complex of a character. for the redesign, it very closely follows the comic outfit. (the way it should have in the first place)

James franco as spiderman: growing up watching the original spiderman trilogy, i always thought franco was more fit form spiderman the mcguire, while i loved toby mcguires spiderman, i just think franco would have looked better as peter parker. i also think francos "awkward guy" type of acting is more fitting for parker as well. as for the redesign, its the same as the original spiderman costume but with the webbing on the costume being black instead of silver.

garrett hedlund As venom: he's got the face for a younger eddie brock much like topher grace's in SM3, but i think his acting ability is much better. his look in tron is what made me think he's got the look, but it was his preformance in one my favorite movies, Four Brothers that makes me think he could be venom, he can play a broken and vengeful man as venom, but can still remain a dumb youngster when he's just eddie brock. the redesign is major here, he's ALOT when he's venom, his symbol on his chest is alot more visible, and when he reveals his face, his real face comes through the symbiotes mouth.

julian Mcmahon as wolverine: after finishing this art, in realized how much he somewhat looks hugh jackman when dressed as Logan. the reason i made this choice was because i saw a fan film with someone who looked alot like Mcmahon playing wolverine, and was amazed at how well he looked as wolverine. julian mcmahon is a pretty good actor so i think he could adapt to the wolverine role pretty well. his design is closely based on the comics. his hair is black with the blue shine, and he has the yellow suit, but with black instead of blue.

angelina jolie as mystique: jolie is a pretty diverse actress, she's played many action roles and a few villanous roles, so acting skills is no worry with this one. her looks fit mystique quite well and her body type is perfect. the design once again, follows the comics almost exactly to the tee expect for the little skull on her forehead being removed and her eyes having pupils.

ed skrein as Thor:as soon as i saw ed skrein on game of thrones, i knew he was the perfect thor. his accent is pretty much already thors accent, and his face really resembles the classic comics thor. not much to say about this one. watch his character in game of thrones and you'll see everything you need. the redesign is basically the same as the current one, except the face, which is beardless and wears the hat like the comics.

liam neeson as Nick Fury: nick fury is a bad ass leader, liam neeson is obi wan and batmans master, the greek god of thunder, and the leader of the A team, so i think he's more then fit to be the leader of the avengers. i think he's the most capable actor to be (the white) nick fury. the redesign obviously changes him to the original nick fury who was white, his cloths are a modern revision of his classic comic outfit.

armie hammer as captain america: cap is a blond haired blued all american hero, armie hammer a blond haired blued all american actor. nuff said. his performance in lone ranger showed he can be an american hero, just take away the southern accent and add the costume and you got captain america. the design is pretty the  same as the current one.

milla jovovitch as black widow: black widow is a russian character, jovovitch is from the soviet union, and she resembles the character very well. she has alot of experience playing action heroes in the resident evil and ultraviolet, so she can fit right into the role of black widow. the design is mostly the same, except she would keep the long hair with bangs isntead of changing hair styles every movie (which is stupid)

colin farrell as iron man: robert downey jr IS itony stark, and is a hard act to follow. it was hard to even find an actor that looks like stark, let alone portray him. colin farrell could bring a more serious tone the the character while still keeping it comedic, he's not perfect honestly, but i feel he could get the job done without complaints if RDJ wasnt in the picture. there is no redesign for this one.

john goodman as kingpin: if you can't see john goodman being an amazing kingpin, then you won't see anyone play a good kingpin. he's got the portly physique, hes had some dramatic roles that just scream kingpin. the gambler shows this, and hang over 3 shows that he can work around comedic scenes and still be intimidating, he's perfect, no explanation needed. from the last cinematic kingpin we've seen, the redesign takes him back to his original nationality, and hes's the fat man he should be rather then buff. otherwise, his design is basically the comic book look.

henry rollins as the punisher: he's a bit old to play frank castle now, but from 95 to 04, he had the perfect look for castle. he's not too much of an actor, but he knows his way around a role when given to him. his real life attitude is an aggressive type, which is can fit into the role of the punisher, im more then sure he can capture the broken man feel that frank castle has, and i'm 100% he can be bad ass and put the body count high. the design is a mixture of thomas janes punisher and war zones punisher. he has the bullet proof vest with thomas janes logo, and the hairstyle and accesories of warzone

Where did you get that Nick Fury body design?

I believe it was a costume from the game splinter cell that was originally green that recolored blue. If that’s not it I’m not too sure what else it could’ve been since it was so long ago that I made this

Also, did you use that Kingpin body design in the Punisher game?

No. The body was A render of Agent 47 from Hitman: Absolution that I recolored.

It will not be very easy looking for replacements once the current actors playing their respective characters decide that they are done.

All cool choices.

And who knows?  It's possible Liam as Fury in some alt Earth storyline in the movies down the line.  That would be cool.

There was actually A universe where the black nick fury was the white nick furys adopted son, and he took on the same name to lead the avenger, so that could very well be the case in the movies if they ever decide to have a huge twist in the series

I could see them doing that.

The absolute best four out of this are the Captain America, Nick Fury, Black Widow and Iron Man alts.  I could see each of those actors doing great in those roles.  Hammer could even make a great Thor due to his height and build and I've always wanted a Milla to play a more "seasoned" Widow that was closer in age to Stark and Fury instead of looking like she is in her mid 20s.

Really now? I honestly feel that colin as iron man is one of the weaker choices out of these. Either way, thank you for your comment.

I'm a big fan of Colin.  Seen him in a bunch of films and In Bruges and Seven Psychopaths are two darkly funny films that I think show Colin would be great at the comedy aspect of Tony Stark.

Seven psychopaths and horrible bosses is what helped me decide Colin was a good choice. He can be bad ass and comedic too, my only gripe is that he's not the kinda comedic that rdj is.

Liam Neeson would be a great Nick Fury!

That's some kickass choices, especially John Goodman as Kingpin and Angelina Jolie as Mystique.

However, I won't lie when I say Iron Man won't be as awesome as it is with Robert Downey Jr.

Thanks

And I agree. It was a challenge to even see anyone else playing him.
