I use MSPaint for Windows XP. I've made revisions of these character, and have mad FNAF 4 twice and am working on the 3rd time. Also achieved FNAF: SL.
I'll get to FNAF 6 when the Ultimate Custom Night comes out. I know that I'll do some of the FNAF 6 animatronics soon, like the rockstar animatronics and the mediocre melodies. However, robots like Scrap Baby and Springtrap will be saved for later, where hopefully there will be more reference pictures for them. I'd rather not spend months making them now and then have new pics of them come out that completely over-write all my hard work.

That's actually an intended feature. In FNAF 3, Phantom Mangle had a half right eye both on camera and in the hall.
