One thing that strikes me about this 3d render are the mirror & transparency effects on the glass and the beer liquid. What's even more striking are the highlights and shines on the sides and rim of the glass, especially for the upper-right pieces.
To create a 3d render like this requires a significant knowledge about materials, lighting and shadows. From my personal experience with Blender, those 3d ingredients alone demands alot of expertise and knowledge with various options relating to (using Blender terms here) the material's speculars, diffuses, shading, textures and others.
One of the problems that I have with this lies in the originality. While the choice of words relating to the thesis of the artwork are original in itself, as well I have seen similar pieces that are related to this kind of thing such as dra-art's Taste Creation. A simple shift in perspective (maybe worm's eye view for this current view is similar to Taste creation) can enhance the originality of this render.
The impact of this image can be improved with one simple suggestion. The beer (rightly named "satisfaction") can use a little more emphasis which, as mentioned before, can easily be done by shifting the camera at an angle so that the viewer can get a worm's eye view of the beer liquid, making it look like a tower in a way, thus creating a greater impact and adding more originality at the same time.
