Did this for a Draw This Again Meme, giving it it's own upload.Had fun doing the ombre effect on the hair. Ombreeeeee.
While coloring, I realized that I'd forgotten the back ribbons and tiara in the original scan. Had to add them in in Photoshop. I'm so out of practice drawing Sailor Moon stuff! I'd never have forgotten such details back in the day.
Inked with micron pens, colors and bg in Photoshop CS5.
