The haircolor is simply amazing, and is emphasized by the pale colors in the background. I like the depth of field, especially on the shoulders part, avoiding hard edges whereever they're not needed. There's some blur scattered over the hair and face, but that's not too bad really. You might want to try a bicubic sharper while resizing next time.
