ive always wondered about his blue beard. was it ssupposed to just imply that his beard was very dark blue-black or was it a literal blue beard, which begs the question do dwarves dye their hair weird colors or is blue a natural color for them XD. (basically its always good to not take the hobbit literally) i like the compromise you made. he looks very nice here
