Another vector art, featuring DiGi Charat. As usual, this is based on some magazine pic (which i dun even know wat mag is it...) since I'm just practising on my vector skills. But anyway, did some changes to the background.Tools used : Photoshop 7.0, my eyes @.@

Well, you can actually. There are tutorials on the net that teaches you on how to do vector art. I can't really do much recommendation on which site is better though.
But wat's more important is that u need to be very meticulous and patient when you do vector art.
