let's see... I never watch the animation, but I've watch the live action when I was a kid. But this big guy was my favorite robot on the Super Robot Wars game series.

Me too... i´ve watched the live action and love entire concept, because i alredy draw at the time. But when i was a teenager i´ve saw 15 seconds from a anime of the Giant Robo ans he have this amazing egypcian look. Since that i never forgot and i try it a million times before i did that piece.

first I saw was "Dai Tetsu Jin 17" same concept, kid control a big giant Robot with his Helmet (live action).
Super Robot Wars the game I mention earlier is a bunch of anime Robot in the early 70 till now, mashed up together in one big story.the game it self is a standard turn based tactical RPG kinda game...

Awesome awesome awesome. I do love the anime. i just feel that the robot really is not the central focus of it, like it should be. It's nice, but i prefer the actual show it was based on.

I do not know the new shows and also I think a pity that the robot is not featured in the anime version. But it's still the best version...

Putz, bota tempo nisso... Apesar que minha arte é referente ao anime que é mais recente, porém o que eu gostava mesmo de ver era aquele seriado live action (tosco)...
