This parking garage is nuts. Add some crazy moving patterns on every visible surface and you're basically in the anime.

I upped the saturation a little bit (really, only a little), but didn't change any colors. It really does look that ridiculous.

lol, I've heard it's pretty boring down there. I guess this makes up for it a tiny bit? It's in the same area that the Visitor's Center is.
